Description RN Register Nurse

Skin Perfect Brothers is looking for friendly, energetic, self-motivated, , manage person who is interested in working in the medical spa field.
*This position requires at least 2-3 days per week commitment. Saturdays Preferred.

Skills Required :
No aesthetic skills required, we will train all kinds of laser and all kinds of injection
– Communication skills
– Bilingual (mandarin preferred)
– Computer skills, ability to work autonomously

RN is as follows, but not limited to:
– Recommending specific skin care regiments based upon patients unique skin types/conditions
– Perform laser treatments
– Perform other duties as assigned
– Perform patients consults and follow ups
– Educate patients on various skincare products and services
– Provide quality service and follow outlined standardized procedures while ensuring safety at all times
– Polished and Professional appearance
– Charting all treatments and additional notes as necessary

– RN in the state of California
-Time management, Organizational and follow up skills

Description: receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Skin Perfect Brother is looking or a person to oversea the daily maintenance of the front office operations and phone systems and person general administrative duties

Skin Required
– Communication, customer service skills
– Friendly, Energetic, Active
– computer skills
– Bilingual ( Prefer mandarin )
– Multi-tasking skills
– Team work

Essentials Duties but not limited to:
– Answer multiple phone lines, check voice mall and call back missed calls
– Facilitate the clients check in/ follow up/ schedule appointment / payments
-Maintain front office waiting area/ clean and neat
– Communicate with the RNs and PAs
-Notify client’s arrival to the appropriate PAs
– Arrange shipments if necessary
– Resolve front office issues and complaints
– Coordinate equipment maintained if necessary
-Perform follow up/ reminder appointments for clients
-Educate clients with various skincare products/ services
– Provide support to multiple PAs to assist with service
– Coordinate waiting clients in case of overlap
– Perform opening/ closing statements of payments
– Provide answers to pretreatment and post treatment
– Select appropriate forms based on patient’s treatment
– Perform other duties as assigned

To qualify an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfaction
– High school diploma, some college
– Minimum of 2 years of receptionist / Administrative
– Polished and Professional appearance
– Friendly/ Outgoing Personality
– Organized, able to respond effectively and efficiently
– Highly professional well spoken communicating skills
– Ability to speak other language is consider a plus
– Reasoning ability, ability to apply common sense into the task

Project Manager (Starts with part time 18 -24 hours per week)

Location: Walnut, CA with the flexibility of working from home 50% of the time

-Passion for cosmetic industry
-Computer skills and photoshop
-Expeirneces in cosmetic industry and knowledge of basic ingredients in cosmetic is a plus

Job duties:
–Working closely with CEO of a thriving medical cosmetic clinic to develop private label cosmetic products.
-Researching and identifying with guidance best cosmetic manufacture
-Improving current cosmetic product, from packaging to design
-Developing and designing bottles and packaging. (Desired ingredients  will be provided.)
-Working closely with clinic staff through education
-Demonstrating and recommending products to patients.
