Exchange Policy


Any cancellations, rescheduled appointments, or missed appointment without 48hr notice assesed to the following fee: $50 – Any Appointments. 

Patients required to do the following:

  • Let our front desk staff know when there is an issue with your appointment prior to your appointment.
  • Make sure to give a proper amount of time for your appointment.
  • Other appointments during the same day interfere with your appointment.
  • If you have a pre-treatment or a numbing treatment along with your appointment, then please make sure to confirm your arrival time with our administrative staff.
  • Call our offices confirming your appointment ahead of time.
  • Our Cancellations Policy is non-negotiable.

Refunds for Cancellations

Once treatments are PURCHASED, they are transferable to store credit ONLY unless notified otherwise. Thereafter, credit are for purchasing any other treatments and products.

Skin Perfect Brothers is not responsible for refund purchases from affiliated websites such as Groupon, Livingsocial, and/or any other third-party programs. You must contact the affiliating website for refund. If you would like to transfer the purchased package to store credits directly, 50% of the purchased value refunds as store credit per manager’s approval.
